(1) Advanced process and formula are adopted for filter plates, making them a reasonable structure, which features high strength, rapid filtering speed, multiple functions, strong corrosion resistance, excellent sealing performance and long use life.
(a) Filter plate frame is formed by reinforcing and welding 10mm thick whole steel plate and steel rod. After sand blasting, acid pickling, cleaning, preheating and painting APLK adhesive, (keyword: rubber) high-quality rubber and scientific formula are adopted to improve the physical and chemical properties of rubber, by which, acid resistance, alkali resistance, temperature resistance, aging resistance and elasticity, as well as stronger hardness (Shore 78--85) are achieved, and the whole machine has a high quality, good sealing performance and is sturdy and durable.
(b) Convex-concave point structure is adopted for the filtration surface of filter plates; in filter pressing process, the filtrate will flow along the waterways formed by the convex points without limitation by directions, by which, the flowing time is reduced, and filtration speed is significantly improved.
(c) The ducts of filter plates are designed properly with strong flexibility; the feed inlet is installed at the middle and upper part of plate, which is convenient for radiation of filtrate, and the filter plate will not deform in the using process; thus, large and quick inlet is realized, and the water content is lower in filter cake; once the filter plate is pulled, the filter cake will automatically break away from the filter cloth by its own weight, having an excellent effect.
(d) During the vulcanization of rubber on filtering surface and interior skeleton, isolation method is adopted to disconnect the rubber and skeleton to form hollow structure; for pressing, only compressed air is pumped in to bulge the rubber membrane, which will then press the filter cake.
